I just tried running FEMM under Linux by ways of emulation with wine.
I can report that everything apparently works quite well with my old
FEMM models after supplementing a couple DLLs windoze. I tried FEMM
3.0 with the 20010510 tarball from http://www.winehq.com/ and
compiled it on my Redhat 7.1 system.
