HV Magnetics Question

Hi, would someone have a ballpark figure on the maximum EMF value 
that a magneto could create in the presence of a permanent magnet 
armature? 10kV, 50kV?

I am researching the possibility of HV production by means of a 
custom-made flywheel. The aluminum disc would have two or more 40MGOe 
neodymium permanent magnets installed along the circumference, and 
their magnetic flux would link with two or more effecient magnetos at 
an undetermined RPM.

Ultimately I'm looking for 500kV-1MV with as much current as is 
feasible from a bench-top design. I realize that voltage multiplier 
stages will be required to avoid flashover of the coil windings.
