There currently isn't a simple way to set the depth dimension in the 
post-processor for 2D planar problems. I suppose that I'd been putting 
off implementing this feature because while including a depth dimension 
isn't a conceptually difficult change, it requires small changes to the 
code in a lot of places. Anyhow, thanks for reminding me--I will make 
sure to include a depth dimension in the next update of the development 
version of the program.
