Permanent Magnets

I have a few questions on FEMM:

*Can FEMM model the magnetic properties of permanent magnets?

if yes

*what properties of magnets can FEMM give you:
Field strength
external force
second quadrant hysteresis
change of BHmax with shape?

*could the software model the properties
of a layer magnetic material?

*assuming the answers to above are yes
do you know any prior work or 
FEMM examples that you could recommend?
