When constructing a magnet system, it is important to choose a load line
above the "knee" in
the demagnetization curves.
When I change the magnet area in a simple magnetic circuit with an air
gap (and a
linear neodymium magnet material), it seems to me that I'm only changing
the operating point at the same load line.
I am sure that I have missed some important assumptions regarding the
magnet model
that I am using. All comments and other's experience in this matter are
really appreciated.
Kind Regards
Olav
