I also had a difficulty with using the antiperiodic to
replicate a structure.  The analyzed result kept giving me
zero magnetic field at the boundary when I knew there
should be a strong field coming in one side and exiting the
other (perhaps, I did not understand the exact meaning of
the boundary condition).

However, I solved my problem by placing a magnetic "short"
around the structure using nonconductive material with a
relative permeability of 1,000,000   That gave me the
effect I needed and did not take much overhead in mesh.
