[FEMM] Offer for Magnetic Material Manufacturers

A new feature that will be included in pending FEMM 4.0 Release Version 
is an improved, tree structure drag-and-drop style materials library. 
(N.B.--This feature is included in the 26Jan04 Development Version that 
is currently available on the website.)  As an added bonus of enrolling 
for annual FEMM support services, magnetic material manufacturers can 
now have their product lines included as part of the standard 
distribution FEMM materials library. This is an opportunity for 
manufacturers to get their materials in the hands of their customers at 
the earliest possible stage in the design process, as well as an 
opportunity for typical FEMM users to employ the most up-to-date
