 Uninstalled and re-installed FEMM 3.3. Now when I try to create a mesh,
FEMM performs an illegal operation and shuts down with these 2 error
messages.
FEMME caused an invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL at 015f:780121b2.
FEMME caused an invalid page fault in module MFC42.DLL at 015f:5f401351.

 I think those are Visual Basic related so I'll pursue that tack.

PS That MS security bulletin link I posted was the wrong one. It was
actually a Microsoft NET Framework Update.
