Additions:

The program comes with no warranty or support. However, there is an independent FEMM user's group at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/femm/ and many frequently asked questions are addressed in the FAQ.
Old versions of FEMM, Bela, and Mirage are also still available on the OldVersions page.
Scilab can be obtained from http://www.scilab.org/. The scripts included in the FEMM distribution have been tested on 32-bit versions 5.2.2 and 5.3.0-beta 4.
FEMM is licensed under the terms of the Aladdin Free Public License. The Triangle mesh generator and the Lua scripting language, which are included in the distribution, each have their own licensing terms.

The FEMM 4.2 distribution includes toolboxes for interacting with FEMM from Octave/Matlab, Scilab, and Mathematica. Recommended distributions of Gnu Octave that run on Windows are:

These distributions are recommended because they come with the Octave-Forge "Windows" package. This package speeds up the communication between Octave and FEMM.

Scilab can be obtained from http://www.scilab.org/. The scripts included in the FEMM distribution have been tested on 32-bit versions 5.2.2 and 5.3.0-beta 4.
