Since I've been having a lot of complaints with people being unable to download the program from the AOL webserver, I've decided to move the femm homepage to http://femm.berlios.de The latest 3.1 version doesn't seem too unstable, so I've put it on this new web page. This replaces the 3.0 build from March 26, 2001 that was on the AOL site. The rest of the website contents have also been revised mildly.
