Hi
It looks like you calculated it as a harmonic analysis. In that case 
the BH curve is ignored and linear mi(B/H) is used instead of BH 
curves.
Another reason for the problem could happen, when you define two 
block parameters for one region. In that case you are not sure which 
parameters were used. (I mean, if you don't close an iron region (by 
mistake), FEMM can "catch" parameters from surrounding air instead of 
supposed iron parameters).
Both mistakes you can find out in the postprocessor by checking of mi 
in the iron region.
