Yes, for a 60 Hz system, the 2X part of the force would lead to vibrations at 120 Hz. The amplitude of the 2X mechanical vibration is related to the dynamics of the mechanical system. Often, the mechanical system might be just a mass. However, one could imagine pathological situations in which the mechanical system has a resonance at the 2X frequency--it just depends on the mechanical system.
