OK then get Ulead GIF animator.
Use some other software like Paintshop Pro to save screen
shots to .gif format. You have to buy this stuff though.
If you are looking for free software there is some out
there, but you will have to do a web search.

I have done this many times.
The easiest is to use the standard screen capture
of alt-prt-scr keys pressed together put the screen
shot on the clipboard. Then use ctrl-v to paste into
a graphics editing program like Paintshop Pro.
Others have this capability also. Once you get a series
of .gif files you can animate them with Ulead GIF Animator
or some other animation program.
