Grid alignment in reopened files

Hello group,

I just downloaded this wonderful tool last week and fired it up 
yesterday. I use it to design loudspeaker driver motors. Anyone 
else out there use it for audio?

One problem I encountered is that when I reopen saved projects in the 
preprocessor, the grid is no longer aligned with the points I 
positioned in the snap-to-grid mode. The whole alignment is shifted 
subtly. Is there an easy fix for this that I've overlooked?
