Arrgh. I made some trivial change to add a link to the Mathlink licensing terms and re-uploaded femm40bin.exe, the self-installing executable. However, I somehow used the old script for the setup program that didn't rope in the new dll. Once again, this now _should_ be fixed---sorry for the mix-up.
