leakage flux in the induction motor

how to define the boundary condition & calculate the
leakage flux using the femm program in 3 phasa squirel
cage induction motor with 
specification of motor:
36 slot in stator
with dimension depth x width = 1.34 x 0.31 inches
internal diameter of stator = 7 inch
stamping out diameter of stator = 12.5 inch
air gap = 0.024 inch

31 slot in the rotor
dimension D x W =0.6 x 0.2 inches
