comparison of ANSYS solenoid actuator with FEMM



 Dear Dave and Ralph
Thanks for providing valuable information. Moreover i want to analyse
the solenoid actuator example given in ANSYS and compare with FEMM and
Quickfield 3.4a software. I will be highly grateful if any member provide me
the Solenoid.femm and Quickfield model. Being a fresh member I just saw the
prvious messages related to ANSYS. I think Mr Si hang, Mike and Mr. Dave
also contributed some information in this regard. I am
anxiously waiting for your kind guidance and help. Thanks

Depending upon what type of actuator you are interested in, you might
