I know you have declined money in the past and given good reason why you 
can’t accept it.  However, would it be acceptable to nominate your favourite 
charity, and we could make a donation to it in lieu?  If you don’t have a 
favourite have you got a hospital near you raising funds for an MRI machine?

Well, there's a historic preservation project that my mother is involved with 
where relatively small amounts of money would make a difference.  Check out 
the Kentucky's Mighty WurlitzerTheater Organ Project.  For some reason, this 
link only opens right with internet explorer.  Alternatively, their other
