Minor updates

I've put up new versions of FEMM 3.3 and Bela 1.0 with some minor updates and bug fixes. These modified versions are available at:
http://femm.berlios.de/download.htm
http://femm.berlios.de/bela.htm
Specifically, the modifications include:
* Both programs now include the vector plot functionality, and are "zoomier;" * The number of colors used in the density plots has been increased from 12 to 20;
* problem assigning units of "mils" described in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/femm/message/1945 is resolved;
* problem with naming of layers in exported DXF files described in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/femm/message/1992 is resolved;
* a bug in defining prescribed potential boundary condtions in femm that vary as a function of position (i.e. nonzero A1 and A2 parameters) has been fixed;
* when a geometry is meshed in the preprocessor, elements that are not associated with a block label are now rendered using grey lines.
* the command line used to call the Triangle mesh generation program has been changed so that a minimum angle constraint of 30 degrees is applied to the mesh. Before, the default value of 20 degrees was used. The larger constraint tends to give more gradual transitions between finely and coarsely meshed regions, making mesh sizing constraints defined on lines and arcs more effective as tools for defining local mesh density.
* FEMM manual is now compiled using just LaTeX, rather than pdfLaTeX. This change was made so that the manual can be compiled into html for presentation on the website with tth -- tth doesn't seem to be entirely compatible with pdfLaTeX.
